Groops is dead fast!

This morning, we switched to our new architecture, based on more powerfull servers and new memcache distribution.

Impact is amazing, and the loading time has been increased from 30% to 80% (!) Most sensible targets were the homepage, search pages, and dashboards for our active users :)

Thanks to Jan for the great setup, and to the whole team for intense testing. It's a new birth, oder?

120K für Groops

Ça y est, on est sans vin :) Deux ans après la mise en ligne du social-network à-la-meetup version allemande, Groops a déjà réunis 120.000 participants sur l'Allemagne et l'Autriche.

Petit à petit, les noyaux centrés sur les principales villes telles que Berlin, Hamburg, Munich et Vienne se sont organisés, et se propagent de bouche à oreille. Une diffusion évènementielle à faible résistance sympatique ;)

Enfin, gutefrage.net a son blog! Quelques heures de boulot pour Wordpress-based bien customisé.
